How does the 1-device policy work?
To maintain security and prevent ID sharing, every Trader ID is locked to the first device you authorize. If you need to migrate to a new device, support verification is required.
What is the passkey system?
Your passkey is a unique secondary identifier that ensures only the authorized user can initialize the trading engine on the registered device.
What happens when my plan expires?
Upon expiry, your access to the analysis engine is temporarily locked. However, your Trader ID and profile data are preserved for 6 months before being permanently deleted.
